My wife's period is 15 days late
My wife's period is 15 days late. We did two pregnancy tests both are negative. Last month she had spotting for 1 week just after her period ended. Her cycle has been fairly regular before. She is very worried, what should we do?

In case of history of regular menses and one such episode of delayed menses, there are a few causes
1. Pregnancy - as you did two kit tests and they are negative, chances are very less. To be sure blood test Bhcg can be done.
2. There could be hormonal imbalance - thyroid / prolactin.
3. Persistent ovarian simple cyst ( ultrasound required to rule this out?
Your wife needs to take pills for withdrawal bleeding.on day 2/3 of her periods get complete evaluation.
