Myofascial pain syndrome is related to temporomandibular disorder. It may increase or decrease in severity. It is chronic, but not dangerous. It is typically increased by stress, so the more you worry, the more pain you will have.
Next Steps
Relax, follow your doctor's instructions and do not worry about it.
