I have been suffering from MP since last 6 years. Had taken lyrica, pregablin , duloxtene to all kinds of medicine. Recently underwent three nerve blocks also. No relief from pain. Please advise what shod i do ?i

It is difficult to treat MP, particularly if cause is unknown. All the mentioned medicines do help to certain extent. You may try short dose oral steroids plus nsaids under supervision of physician if symptoms are more and bothering you.
