Nabothian cyst,fibroids
According to my ultrasonography report in my uterus revels a few Ill defined hypoechoc nodular intramural s.o.l. Largest one measures 33.5mm*26.0mm. Cervix reveals a small clear cyst. Length 9.66cm. Now what can I do..what treatment is good for me?is it need surgery or it is removed by medicine. Please help me..

The mere presence of fibroids does not mean that they need to be removed. The decision for the same will be based on the symptoms you have in terms of flow and pain during periods as well as the position of the fibroids. The clear cyst in the cervix is a Nabothian cyst-does not need any treatment.
