If you injured it during workout, was it a twisting injury or did it happen when you tried to grip something. The pattern of injury will point us to the cause of the problem. You may have suffered a ligament injury around the wrist or it may be minor damage to part of joint covering. The exact point of pain will also indicate what could be causing it. See an Orthopaedic Surgeon.

Greetings, sorry about your pain. Wrist pain you described is mostly excess music use.
Next Steps
get your a shoulder, firearm and wrist massage by a physio or ayurvedic massage.  physio along with massage will do a trigger point therapy as well.
Health Tips
Later stages stretching and strengthening your forearm will help build your muscles and completely cure your problem.  all the above if done with guidance of a physio will be a better choice.
