  4. Nail scratch. Year in february (2016).

Hi, I got a pretty bad nail scratch from a friend on my arm. Should i take any precautionary vaccination. I have had a tetanus shot last year in February(2016). Regards, Rahul

As the description . Vaccine is not needed. Just topical antibiotic cream should be enough
