  4. Nasal and throat joint pain. Relief.

Nasal and throat joint pain
At night after sleeping my nose passage joint with throat start like pain(something what happens when you get cold in initially) to and start blocking with stuffs and start running.when I take water vapour then it give relief .In day time I am not getting that much of problem but night it becomes worsed.What may be the problem can you please suggest!
