I am having nasal congestion and white mucus coming out feel relief after that
No other issue but feel irritating now continuing since last 10 days had cold earlier. What should I do. How dangerous is it. Feel better for one or two days and then starts again nasal congestion and white mucus coming out. Please help. No Dr. To visit since lockdown. I am on eltroxin 100mg for hypothyroid since last 15 yrs.

Practice steam inhalation - Just take a tub of hot water put some turmeric, lemon extract, ginger extract into it and cover you with a blanket so that steam doesn't go out and inhale
Don't worry madam. All you are having from your history is just a allergic rhinitis. Not Covid. Don't worry abt is .Plz do steam inhalation like the others dr have commented. Avoid all COLD FOOD ...Drink and eat only hot stuffs.
