Nasal congestion
My son is 11 months old. One of his nostril was watery yesterday so i gave him allegra syrup 2ml. Now he is feeling nasal congestion n a slight cough. Cough is not very much.
What should i do.

Use normal saline nasal drops in each nose 4-5 times a day.
