I am feeling tired since morning. I think it is because last night I took about seven paracetamols.

Paracetamol can cause problem if u overdose it. As you r only 18 years, you must have weight less than 50 kg. If you have consumed 650 mg tablet then it’s really high.
Next Steps
If u persistent to have symptoms then get LFT done.

Avoid overdosing drug. Now don’t take paracetamol till you feel better !
