Nausea/Vomiting
From time to time, I would get nauseas at food and after I eat, I feel the urge to throw up involuntarily. I find that heavy foods do not sit well during that time period that I experience these symptoms.

first thing i want to know about since how long you are suffering from this problem? second thin i would like to know about your bowel movement.. next thing is how frequently u'll feel nausea...?
