Nech pain & back pain
Since couple of week I have been suffering from backache and neck pain. I work for IT Company and I am 36 year old man. Everyday I travel upto 20km up and down.

You may be having mechanical back pain or muscle spasm due to your work. Diagnosis can be confirmed only after thorough examination. Consult orthopaedician or physiotherapist. If it is mechanical back and neck pain; then you will need to consult physiotherapist to learn postural correction, strengthening exercises for your spine muscles, also need to understand ergonomic care during work. Pain in your back and neck is related to excess travel time. Take some analgesics ( pain killers) . If it doesn't come down please see a doctor.
