Neck and back pain
I have pain in my neck for the past 5-6yrs, no doctor has been able to help me. Now I have pain in my lower back too, which is stopping me from working and reducing my potential

This pain is mostly mechanical type, more so related to your daily habitus and posture. Commonly seen in people with a little sedentary lifestyle. Firstly it needs a thorough examination by a spine surgeon to rule out any red flags. And then most important treatment would be the back and neck muscles strengthening exercises.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.
