Neck and jaw crunches

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hello doctor, I have some problem regarding my jaw and neck. My jaw and neck crunch and crack sound created.. When i move my neck downward or upward after 5-6 minutes.. Neck crunch sound creates.. And its painful and i am feeling low all day long. No energy on me and no active for my work. And also my jaw line sound crunch and cracking. Neck and jaw line Cracks & Crunches

Dear miss, please visit a physician near you. And also visit a physiotherapist. I suggest you start some strengthening exercises for neck. If there is unbearable pain, you may have to take over the counter painkillers for the time being. It ll need a multidisciplinary approach.
