I hurt my neck (maybe larynx) while playing almost a month ago. I was feeling pain. I want to know what might have happened, what diagnosis can be done and how can this be treated?

You could have had injury to the laryngeal cartilage. It can be confirmed with a CT scan. If any breathing difficulty or voice change then visit at once. Otherwise medical treatment will be sufficient for the pain or discomfort.
