For last 13 years I have this small lump... usually not seen or felt.but while moving my head .it can be seen and felt...in 2007 I had chicken pox after that it occured..lump stay constant never grew...is it something to worry about

Looks like a lymph node swelling ... It can be due to an ongoing infection in the scalp or sometimes cervical tuberculosis ... Kindly get an ultrasound and fnac if required
