I have pain behind my neck side since two days. what i will do, i have also l4 l5 problem since one year. both my legs swollen ,i am taking gabapentin 300 but it is not curing.

Hello madam! Such a case may be due to lumbar and cervical spondylitis. According to Ayurveda, this is due to Vaata Dosha. In such cases Ayurvedic medicines have excellent results. But prior a detailed case history needs to be taken.

An xray of neck region may help for further diagnosis. Kindly undergo it and share its reports.

Avoid lifting heavy weight. Do regular stretching exercise for back region. Hot fomentation may help.
