So this morning, my dog was barking and I was asleep, so I just got my head up and shushed her and then my neck hurted. I couldn't move my head. It happened several hours ago and it still hurts. I can hear something when I move my head, and it sounds like sand. It never happened before. I can't look up and turn my head on right side. Please help.
