From some months i feel pain and littel stifnese in neck after doing gym i lift 20lbs weight but then also my neck have this issue what to do please help

Do some simple measures first like painkillers,cold compress followed by physiotherapy. Take rest from gym for 3 weeks but can do lower limb exercises which doesn't affect your neck. If these don't work out in your favour plz get an MRI scan cervical spine and speak to spinal Surgeon
