Neck pain for past one year
Neck pain for past one year, after MRI report says mild discdesiccation with posterior bulge at c3-c4 to c5-c6 levels causing thecal sac indentation. Mild ventral cord indentation at c4-c5 level. No obvious compressive myelopathy/neural foramina narrowing noted. I am 32 years old male.

The neck pain is due to disc dehydration and wear and tear. There is no issue to worry due to the thecal sac indentation. Correct posture, strengthening of neck muscles and painkillers as needed will help you to control your symptoms.
