Neck Pain from a month
I have neck pain from 1 month.I had done 7 days physiotherapy by heating IR and electric vibration by doctor.Sometime pain is ok but it reimmerges within a day or two.When I bend neck forward pain is more than backward. Sideways no major pain in movement What should I do next?

Hello there... I understand your concern... There are many possible reasons for your pain which has to be taken care....it may be due to Abnormalities in the bone or joints,trauma,poor posture,degenerative diseases,muscle strain,shoulder joint instability,dislocation...you may require investigations like x ray,MRI etc...Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful

Hi. You probably have a muscle spasm. Purchase Mahavishagarbha taila, warm it, soak it in cotton and apply to neck for 20 mins. Do neck movements slowly. Use tab. Ekangaveera rasa 1tab thrice daily after food. Medicines available at Ayurveda stores.
