Neck pain got duringsleep
Can I know any tablet for neck pain which I got during sleep from 4 days..not much pain but when I turn left side it is paining..

It's your postural issue during sleeping its not good for you so visit physiotherapy centre that will guide you every things

You need to today hot fermentation followed by some neck stretching exs... you can take nucoxia mr as it is a muscle relaxant... that will help you in getting the normal movement of the neck. Do not check your pain regularly that will increase your pain intensity.. you can take this medicine twice a day.. Take care.. get well soon

Hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs . Core Strengthening Exercises. Take frequent Breaks at work Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck. Knee 4

Hello I suggest you to use a skeletal muscle relaxant like diclofenac or something like myoril tablet 4 mg...I understand the pain...you can keep hot bags for pain relief...you also need to consult physiotherapist if the pain persists... thank you
