  4. Neck pain on right side. Please advise.

Neck pain on right side
I am getting neck pain at the right side (back) since last 2 or 3 days. Maybe due to stress or sprain or sleeping posture. Please advise.

Most of the times it is neck sprain if it is only 2 to 3 days most probably due to sleeping posture but might be start of spondylosis. Painkillers and physiotherapy will help

If this is first time pain then you can take Tab Hifenac MR Cap Omez 20 mg Both 2 times 5 days
Next Steps
If no relief get and X-rays Cervical Spine to rule out cervical spondylitis
