Neck pain, shoulder pain, right hand pain I was consult with doctor and he has done dignosis x-ray of neck and shoulder but still no relief in pain please suggest

Could be cervical radiculopathy . Needs clinical consult.

You need to elaborate your issue on 1. Duration of pain 2. History of trauma/ lifting heavy weight 3. Weakness in arm 4. Tingling numbness over arm.

How di this pain start? Do you have any numbness or tingling sensation in arm? Any weakness in arm or hand? Any trauma? Any jerk during bending or lifting weights? What did ur doctor say?

Need to avoid pillow n Do neck exercises. Use regular painkillers for few days.
