Hello there......, Neck pain can be caused by a number of factors, including muscle strain, ligament sprains, arthritis, any compressed nerves.... check your posture bad posture can aggravate the pain... sleep on a low, firm pillow at night using too many pillows may force your neck to bend unnaturally...consider some neck exercises..
