  4. Neck pain with forehead pain. A month.

Neck pain with forehead pain
From past a month I have mild headache and neck stiffness and pain while getting up from bed.i suffer from cervical spondylosis from many years.i have pain I'm my forehead also maybe due to sinus .is it anything to be worried about as I have this problem continuously from a month.thjs happens more when I wear a helmet also.i am afraid of meningitis,is this anything related to it.

Get an MRI scan of your neck to make sure it is not pressing on neural structures. Get some bloods done for CBC, CRP,ESR, VitaminD, Vitamin B12
