Neck problem from 1 month
I have neck pain from 1 month.I had done 7 days physiotherapy by heating IR and electric vibration by doctor.Sometime pain is ok but it reimmerges within a day or two.When I bend neck forward pain is more than backward. Sideways no major pain in movement What should I do next?

Do neck stretching exercise in daily routine and avoid toward bending and PC work do neck strength exercise it will help u tk calcium supplements

Neck pain is common among student's due to long hours of studies and bending postures. Only electrotherapy will not help u have to undergo neck strengthening regime under a good, qualified and registered physiotherapist nearby. Hello.... I can understand your problem , neck pain could be due to muscle spasm or intervertibral disc bulge pressing or nerve root ... You may need neck collor.. Which maintain neck in erect posture preventing from collapse... Consult orthopedic surgeon in nearest hospital.
