Improper and prolonged use of laptop, mobile is the culprit in all probability. Stiffness of your muscles with reduced flexibility of neck movements and thus the sprain.

Take rest and regular painkillers. No pillow and use two bed sheets folded beside ur head on either side. Maintain proper posture
