Could not eat much food from last couple of months. Eating a bit more is causing vomiting. This happens to me once in a year. Because of less food consumption i am loosing weight and it may cause severe health issue in long term. What I am suppose to do?

Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.

Yiu can either meet a general surgeon or a gastroenterologist in person for further evaluation and management.
Tab. Rantac-d half an hour before food twice a day and syp. Aristozyme 15ml thrice a day immediately after food.

Peptic dyspepsia. ..stop eating non vegetarian foods and start taking tab lisuride thrice daily before meals with panD once in morning empty stomach.
Get UGIendoscopy done as symptoms are recurrent and get evaluated for H Pylori infection too.
