If the iron saturation is high, it can be due to several reasons like hemochromatosis.
As ur liver enzymes are elevated (sgot levels).This can be related to liver related diseases.
The blood test results shows that ur direct bilirubin levels are borderline high.

consult a good gastroentrologist after getting the blood tests done.
u should go for serum ferritin, total iron binding capacity(tibc), transferrin saturation, s.fasting iron level, ,if the iron saturation levels are high.
assess for skin colour changes ( white /dark), amenorrhea ( absence of menstrual periods).
Go for an Abdominal Ultrasound scan for assessing the liver and spleen.
Look for urine microalbuminuria to assess for kidney excretion of albumin.

avoid high iron containing foods or iron supplements if the saturation is high.
