Need a second advice on diagnosis
I need a second opinion on the attached diagnosis. The doctor says I have cataract in both eyes. Also, wanted to know what would be the charges for the operation if surgery has to be done.

On the report, it is not mentioned. But there is decrease in vision, so may be cataract as it is the most common cause.

From the vision that's recorded, it seems like you might have cataract, even though it's not mentioned in the report. But your retinal findings aren't mentioned as well. Please share a detailed report for better understanding.
Cost of cataract surgery varies depending on the lens you choose ( Indian or imported).
