Need abortion
Is it necessary for the presence of a guardian(like a parent) at the time of abortion in the hospital to sign a consent. Or as a brother, can I sign them. The doctor whom we consulted about this issue prescribed misoprostol tablets and asked to visit again after 10days but due to fear we visited after a month with the scan reports. Doctor said there are cysts and remains of the conception so she suggested the undergo abortion(Suction) at hospital with parents as guardian to sign the forms. But she(sister) don't want to say to parents. Can I sign them as a brother (guardian).
Need help regarding this matter.
