Hi Once has to get it checked to know what is the cause for the genital warts(Sexually transmitted disease) Non protective sex is most common reason for it or poor hygiene Mostly it is not dangerous We can use Salicylcic acid as local application Observe it for 15 days In case not subsiding one has to go for cauterisation or freezing it
Next Steps
Check your partner for the same and prevent having sex till it is eradicated

General hygiene has to be maintained. Have patience, and do not indulge in sexual activity to keep your partner ,if any, free of it.
Next Steps
Personally visit a homoeopathic practitioner for proper case taking and treatment.

Food dosent really affect warts. Ensure good hygiene for no recurrence. Consult if any other issues still.
