Need advice
Iam suffering from cervical spondylosis pain from 3 months ,also I have gastritis, taking pantocid for gastritis, but not able to take any other pain medicine,or muscle relaxant, nerve pain medicines, because these medicines are causing more burning like sensation in stomach. in this stage what would be the treatment for my upper back right side pain, because iam not able to take any medicine for this, any injection is there for this which doesn't have any effect on my stomach.

You seem to be having a musculoskeletal problem where there is pressure on nerves. You should avoid pain killers for long time. After detailed evaluation, pain medicines or injections can help you. Dont take pantocid for long time unless you have some ulceration as it may lead to your bones weakening

Do hot compression, apply relaxyl gel after that.. don't massage.. neck excercise is advised.. particularly for cervical spondylosis.. consult for further treatment.. Meanwhile follow the advice and drink plenty of fluids
