1) Meditation and exercise are the best options to be depression-free. 2) Reading some motivating books would relax our minds and fill positive energy within us. 3) Read a positive & motivational quote daily and apply it in real life. Also, tell the same quotes to other people. By this, you would be able to remember that motivating quote for a long time. Besides, that person will learn something new. "It's just like to hit two targets with one arrow." 4) Go to the temple, mosque, gurudwara, or church and worship your God. Don't be superstitious just go and pray. It is a fact that our success depends on our struggle and hard work. But by doing prayer, our mind gets positive energy, and we feel relaxed. And we become ready for any challenge. 5) You can take inspiration from great personalities from our history. Try to read about the struggle and hard work of great kings or biographies of freedom fighters, then only you will come to know about their struggle. Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Chatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, Maharaj Prithviraj Chavan, Maharana Pratap, Rani Laxmibai, Samrat Chandragupta Maurya, Samrat Ashoka Maurya, etc. were the great kings and queens of India. Mahatma Gandhi, Subhash Chandra Bose, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Sukhdev, Lok Manya Tilak, etc. Were the great freedom fighters of India. We can learn many things from there life. We can also learn from the living legends whos struggle we know whom we appreciate a lot like DR. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, Ratan Tata, Dhirubhai Ambani, Elon Musk, Sachin Tendulkar, Kapil Sharma, Rajnikant, Ritesh Agrawal and lot of people are there who achieved success but they face a lot of failures before that. 6) Watching movies & TV shows that you like would also help you to divert your mind from unnecessary thoughts. 7) Many people out there love to watch cartoons to make there mind relaxed. 8) Many persons in real life had beaten their failure and got success. Make them your ideals. Watch their interviews try to know about there life and struggle they went through, read their quotes or dialogues which will help you to be enthusiastic and energetic with positive vibes. 9)Always find a best friend within ourselves & try to give time to know us better.
