Hi doctor,
Myself Vaishnavi dangore, age 24, before 1 year i was diagnosed with irregular periods due to night shifts which are after effects. Although the immediate effects seen was vomiting, weakness and lack of sleep during the day time. My office is forcing me to do night shift and now i need a solid proof to show them that i am unfit to do so. Please grant me any medication/ certificate that helps me in convincing them that i cannot do night shift and irregular menstural cycle is due to night shifts
