Need help for bone problem and sexual pr
I lost lot of sperms from me when sleeping... now i have a knee pain and all joints pain... and i am not able to make sex with my girlfriend... and sleepless and have a under eye dark.. so my whole body became weak... but still i am 20 years old... so i request you to pls help me doctors...
