I need help i lost my confidence after 2 uncesseful relationship. i lost faith in myself. i l got angry very soon on every petty issue, rather than facing an issue i started running from it. i m really scared of my anger. i might end up doing something really wrong either wid me or people around me

Start analysing the reason for getting anger and consequences of the same.
Use anger management techniques like leaving the place for sometime and calming yourself down by counting backwards or venting out your anger by removing it on non living things like punching bag or something like.
