At the age of 24 years this sleeping pattern is really abnormal.  There could be other reasons   which needs attention, such as your lifestyle, life related goals and priorities etc. You may consider a complete health check to rule out any physical related issues or deficiencies while work on the other issues.   Consult your family doctor and also a Counsellor in your city for help. Do not go for pills or medication without doctor's advise.  You need help for permanent solutions than jusy sleeping disorder.
