NEED HELP WITH MY CT SCAN REPORT
I am recently experiencing Gastro related problems. Consulted a Gastro Specialist, he told me to do some tests. Presently he is out of town. But recently my condition has worsened (Small amount of Blood coming with my Stool). In my CT SCAN Report, the following was written: ILL DEFINED PERILOOP LESION WITH ASSOCIATED CENTRAL NECROSIS & FAT STRANDING IS SEEN IN RELATION TO SMALL INTESTINAL LOOPS NEAR RIF & LUMBAR REGION. MOST LIKELY INFECTIVE & INFLAMMATORY. SUGGEST C/C & FU STUDIES. Sir, can you help me in understanding what this means, so that I can go forward with my treatment? Thanks in advance.

The CT images are very much important in this case in particular. Are you having fever/vomiting/constipation/distension of the abdomen. Any of these symptoms. Also in such a case proper consultation is required to decide if you require surgery immediately
