Are "himalaya hadjod" & "himalaya shallaki" effective in joint pains on knee & lumbar bone pain ??
My mom has both issues & need ayurvedic treatment.
Please help are these gonna effective & if yes can they be taken simultaneously?

But your mom has a pain due to Slip disc or lumber spondylosis or gap between two vertebrae then she really need to consult a ayurvedic M.D doctor. For proper management and treatment.
