Need of a Rheumatologist.
Muscle pain near stomach and back area. Pain is impulsive. MRI and CT scan has been taken. She was taking Medrol 8mg as advised by doctor but she has releif only when on medication. She has diabetes and vitamin b3 deficiency.
The pain comes back again after some times.
Please find attached reports related to issue.

She has three level cervical disc C4-c5 ,c5-c6, C6-c7.
She is diabetic. Then why medrol it further increase the sugar level
She find relief when taking medrol . It help reduce inflammation & swelling around the cervical nerve area does reducing pain.
She does not have morning stiffness not she has small joint pain not she had low back pain then why rheumatologist?
It's Simple meet a cervical spine specialists ( spine surgeon) take a true opinion and if required get it surgically fixed. so she do not have to take those medicine and bear pain again and again .
