Need some confidence and help
I am 14 year old girl...i am in so  much strees...my immunity power is also very low...i am suffering from allergy..pls guide me...what should i do...i am eating so much fresh vegetables..and some fruit also ...i also have irregular potty..i always feel tired..pls guide me in the right way..to correct my immunity, my digestive system, my allergy.. I want to tell that..pls don't tell any medication because in lockdown i don't able to follow those things..give me some tips to resolve all this..i am also consuming amla one in a day

U take chyavanaprash two teaspoon everyday. Also gily satwa 1/4 tsf with Chyawanprash.. U can get them online.

Include Unrefined food such as whole grain cereals, bean, honey, lentils, green and leafy vegetables such as spinach, cabbage, cauliflower, sprouts, celery, pumpkin, beats, carrot, tomato, fresh fruits especially grapes, figs, papaya, mangoes, guava and oranges. Avoid white flour, bread, pulses, cakes and pastries. Food should be chewed well. Drink 2 lts or more water daily. Do breathing exercises regularly for reducing your stress level.
