Hello Doctor, I need some suggestion. I am following a healthy diet which includes fruit, dal, rice, fish vegetables, fish or meat (some time). It's been 1 year I don't eat junk food, refined flour,
sugar, sweet , milk(not unhealthy but as a pcos patients I avoid this)and many more unhealthy drink. I take my dinner at 8 pm. I drink plenty of water. I take chia seed soaked water, almond, walnut,sattu sarbat, . I am doing yoga and walk ( minimum 5k per day) every day . And also take jeera water every night before bed. AFTER DOING ALL THE THINGS I FACED GASTRIC PROBLEM. ALTHOUGH I GO TO BATHROOM IN MORNING BUT IT DOES NOT CLEAR MY STOMACH PROPERLY.I HAVE EAT SOMETIMES ISABGUL FOR CLEAR BATHROOM.
IT'S NOT REGULAR BUT WHEN It's happened, it CONTINUEs FOR TWO TO THREE DAYS. AFTER AFTERNOON GAS IS FORMED. WHAT SHOULD I DO? ANY SUGGESTION?
