Need suggestion
My daughter was frequently getting ill with cold and fever.and one of ayurved dr suggested me to take kumari aasav no 3 and arvindasav. Also balchaturbhadra. She is  improved a lot after i started this. It has been 5 months i am giving this. Is it advisable to countinue? Or it may side effect for giving lo g time.

Hello Ma'am, your medication is safe and good but now no need to continue ,U can give only Giloy Ghan Vati (as tonic)1 tab bid , Long duration treatment  of medicines is not advisable, give her natural fruits and vegetables in sufficient amount for immunity boosting
