Need suggestion on Abdomen related pain

I have attached the impression of my brother's abdomen CT scan - Contrast. Doctors suggest that he needs a surgery now. As per the doctors, they said loops have formed and some muscle twists in his stomach. Please suggest

Yes. Reading the CT report it is understood that your brother is in acute intestinal obstruction. He will have to undergo emergency surgery in which the doctor would odentify the exact site of obstruction and depending upon the cause would accordingly correct it

Next Steps

should not delay the decision for the surgery as the patient may worsen if more time is elapsed
