Need suggestions, plaster or surgery??
I have attached my xray report .I need to know the extent of injury.Will a plaster in this case help or i need to go for surgery??Doctor says that after surgery also there is no100% surity that it will be successful.

Yes you need an operation bcoz of your young age. Get it done urgently otherwise the success rate goes down and do not do further doctor shopping if you don't mind please
