Need to get a tooth removed
I am a dialysis patient. I need to get my wisdom tooth removed because it has become hollow with only the roots. I spoke to the consulting Nephrologist and he said that I can get it removed. Just wanted to get a second opinion on this.

If there sufficient tooth structure left behind, rather than removal u cn go for root canal treatment but n ur case u hv already told abt just roots left behind, and it's wisdom tooth so it's better to get it removed.most preferably the next day ur dialysis is done.
Next Steps
kindly meet ur dentist and resolve the issue..

If your tooth needs an extraction badly then by all means it can.be extracted under medical supervision. But we at our Centre try to minimize the complications by performing Root Canal Treatments to the maximum extent.
