Implantation bleeding occurs after implantation of embryo and it is light bleeding or spotting, sometimes only brownish discharge. It generally doesn't coincide with your periods date and everyone doesn't experience this symptom. Periods bleeding is heavy and comes on regular time with pain and other PMS symptoms.
