Yesterday My baby has been taken her 1st vaccine (1.5 months vaccine), doctor said after getting vaccination we will have to feed to our baby after 1hr, but my baby was crying fort feed, thats why we feed her after 40 mins..is that any problem?

No problem...you can feed any time after vaccination no issues...
